After a friend has used your unique link or coupon code to place an order on our site, you’ll receive a ‘Reward Pending’ email. It’ll take 2-3 days for us to confirm the purchase, at which point you will then receive a ‘Reward Success’ email, confirming that you have successfully made a referral. 

Your $20 reward code will be in that Reward Success email and you simply need to add it to the discount section on the FOTP checkout to redeem the reward against your next order over $30.  

No, multiple discounts cannot be accumulated to be used on one order, only one code per order.

Yes, there is a minimum spend of $30 to be eligible to redeem your $20 referral reward. (Sample packs not included).

Once you have signed up via our dedicated Refer a Friend signup page, you will be given a unique referral link to share with friends and family.

You can share your unique link with friends and family via email, sms, social, post(!) - however you want. And remember, the more you share your unique link, the more rewards you could earn.  

Alternatively, you will also receive a unique coupon code that your friends and family can copy directly into the discount section on our checkout. 

1. You have 90 days to use your discount code before it expires.

2. The referred friend is offered a discount code for $20 off their order over $30.

3. The referrer will receive a discount code for $20 off an order of $30 or more when their referred friend places their order over $30 and we have confirmed it is a legitimate purchase.

4. In order for the referrer to qualify for the reward, the referred friend must be a new customer to Front of the Pack, over the age of 16 and meet the conditions of their reward.

5. There are limits in place on how many and how frequently referrals can be made by any single referrer. If you've located a referral link online, you're unlikely to receive a discount.

6. Multiple discounts cannot be accumulated to be used on one order, only one code per order.

7. Referral offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

8. Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.

9. Abuse - Scammers and cheaters are not cool. Abuse of this referral program will result in the referring customer’s promo code being revoked. In addition, both parties will be unable to participate in this or any future promotions. Abuse includes (but is not limited to): placing and/or promoting referral links on websites that take advantage of referral traffic generated from coupon codes; creating and/or referring fraudulent accounts.

10. This referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice.
