What is it?
L-theanine is an amino acid commonly found in green tea.
What does it do?
L-theanine helps trigger the release of happy hormones, like serotonin and dopamine, while also stimulating calming alpha waves in the brain.
Why we chose it
Like Ashwagandha, l-theanine is an adaptogen that works to reduce stress and anxiety without any drowsy side effects.
Why not a generic L-Theanine?
