Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. So in the event that you change your mind or your dog isn’t a fan, we’ll refund your order in full. Just call us on 323-922-5737 between 9am - 5:00pm PT or email us at hello@fotp.com within 90 days of receiving your order and a member of our customer service team will sort you out and discuss how to return the product. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product back to us.
Alternatively, we can offer a 30% refund (at our discretion) if you wish to keep the product and share with friends or family.
Your refund will be processed within 3 business days and may take up to 10 business days to be returned to your account.
Defective Products
In respect of defective products you may have other specific legal rights. Please see section 6 - Defective Products (Limited Warranty) in the Terms and Conditions for more information on this.
