Happy Star Wars Day: Here’s a Brussels Griffon Who Looks Exactly Like Chewbacca

This May the Fourthhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_Wars_Day, we’re honoring his most famous look — an absolutely pitch-perfect Chewbacca (if Chewie were 11 inches tall and an adorable grump). But we’d be remiss if we didn’t point out how versatile Proshka is as a character actor. He can pull off a Chewbacca one minute, an Oscar the Grouch the next, and then turn around and do a pitch-perfect Gizmo from Gremlins. But Proshka’s greatest acting feat is even more surprising.

According to his person, Stefani, Proshka’s disgruntled, curmudgeonly appearance is all part of the act — if you’re ever lucky enough to meet him, you’ll find that he’s actually very sweet and loving. Apparently, he’s managed to stay grounded and authentic despite his recent Internet fame.
